White-Publishing is a fulfillment of Barbara Nelson Blinn’s dream to be a published author that she never fulfilled in her own lifetime. Sixteen years later, Barbara’s daughter Carol is making that dream a reality and fulfilling her legacy.

Barbara grew up poor and was bullied in school. Her inferiority complex was huge, and life became even more difficult in her adult years. Barbara overcame some incredible obstacles through her tenacity and God’s grace. She became a positive example to many trying to escape abusive situations. Barbara endured several legal battles, courtroom drama, and publicity as a victim that helped increase awareness about domestic violence in her home community. During these times, writing was a lifeline of comfort and reflection for her. Through putting pen to paper, Barbara worked out her problems the best she knew how. Her writing likely saved her sanity as well as her life.

After escaping the abusive marriage, Barbara spent several years trying to recover, then went back to business college and obtained a degree in office management. She then became an office manager of a local factory and subsequently started writing more.

Carol is now bringing Barbara's writing to the public domain where others can learn about her inspirational story and enjoy her literary works.
